Working at Squiz

I've been at Squiz now for almost two months and so far its been great. My role is Help Desk Support, but its not your average help desk role. The job varies a lot. I could be making updates to websites, to doing small implementation jobs, to full out debugging errors. I'm working in our Content Management System more of less 100% of the time.
At the moment I'm taking our internal sprint to fast track me into becoming an Implementer. An Implementer does the cut up (HTML/CSS) of a website design and implements it into a CMS, theyre generally on the project till the site is made live.
What I like about the role is the variety, I get to do a bit of everything and I also love getting to know our clients.

Today is my first day at Squiz. Squiz provides an enterprise Content Management System.
I first found out about Squiz when I was hired to do the content migration for The Department of Corrections, we moved from a much older CMS to Squiz Matrix (originally called MySource Matrix). I thought it was a fantastic and powerful CMS and I'm happy I get to work with it again.
